3D Tours allow buyers to virtually “walk” through a property. They get a sense of space, layout and flow in a way that conventional photographs will never properly convey. In addition, we still have stunning traditional photography which provides a better overview of each space in the home. We take buyers on a private virtual walkthrough of any home they wish to see. Clients can access our exclusive showings by contacting us or scheduling an appointment online (bottom of this page) and connecting through Zoom, Bluejeans, FaceTime, or the platform of their choice. On these virtual walkthroughs, clients can ask to see specific spaces, ask us to take basic measurements, and explore the unique details and features of a home without leaving the safety of their current residence.
Using dynamic, agent-guided videos, which are promoted via digital, mobile, and social channels, we can showcase the key features of your property to interested buyers wherever they are. This gives the buyer a great overview of the property. In addition to this, we are also hosting “live” open houses on various social media sites where buyers can schedule a specific time to virtually tour our listings individually with one of our team members. During this time buyers can ask to see specific features or areas of the home as well as get any of their questions answered firsthand and one on one.
Our exclusive Compass digital ad tool enables the quick and easy launch of optimized Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to promote your property to a highly targeted audience.
