Our Response to Covid-19

Agents across the country have had to rethink and reinvent the way we show properties, hold open houses and conduct real estate appointments in a Covid safe way since the onset of the international pandemic. Here are a few of the ways we are helping to keep you, your family, and your property safe:

Listings During Covid:

Initial Virtual listing appointments - while we need to see properties in person, we can answer your questions, review our listing agreement and listing process and get a sense of your home.
Staging consultations via Zoom - our stager first consults our clients virtually, making her trip to the home for the actual staging more efficient.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Every one of our listings has a full set of PPE which includes disposable gloves, shoe covers, masks, hands-free hand sanitizer, and a wastebasket to safely dispose of used equipment.

Open Houses:

Currently, we are only conducting open houses at properties that are vacant or where the sellers have specifically requested that we hold an open house.
Guests are required to sign in using our hands-free sign in form accessed by our QR code located on our signs outside the front door of the listing.
Once registered, open house guests can tour the homes, typically only two groups at a time (depending on the size of the property. We now offer virtual property tours and virtual open houses by FaceTime, Zoom, or the platform of the buyer’s choice for people who cannot see the homes in person

Buyer Consultations:

We are conducting many of our buyer meetings via Zoom - we go through our buyer agreement, the contract paperwork and answer any questions you may have in the safety of your own home or office.
Virtual tours - we will take you through properties via FaceTime so that you never have to leave the comfort of your home. We have always done this for our buyers looking from afar, but we are now utilizing this tool for locals to avoid having to mask up.
