Below is a brief outline of what the buying process looks like these days!

1. VIRTUAL CONSULT
We will schedule an appointment by phone or video conference to learn what you are looking for in a home.
2. VIRTUAL TOURS
We will email you a collection of listings matching your criteria the moment they hit the market. Depending on your preference, we can do a live or virtual tour.
*Housing units and real property may be shown, provided that appointments and other residential viewings occur virtually or, if a virtual viewing is not feasible, by appointment with no more than two visitors at a time residing within the same household or living unit and one individual showing the unit.
3. TITLE & ESCROW
Once you've found your dream home, you will sign all documents electronically, from the comfort of your home.
Escrow is set up to handle the entire transaction remotely. You’ll simply wire your earnest money.
4. INSPECTION

Our inspector will send you a 40+ page inspection report with detailed photos and descriptions, so you’ll get to know every inch of the property. The inspector can also virtually walk you through the house and give you a summary before they send the report.
5. CLOSING
All documents will be emailed to you for you to sign and get notarized and mailed back to the attorney.
6. HOME SWEET HOME
We will deliver the keys to you!
