Being the highest point in the north ridge area, Beverly Hills is a beautiful residential neighborhood characterized by its unique topography, allowing you to enjoy great views of Old Town. Similar to Del Ray, Beverly Hills is composed primarily of single-family detached homes; however, the lots are slightly larger than in Del Ray and therefore the homes are bigger as well. There are pockets of townhomes and apartments as well creating a wonderful mix of housing opportunities. If you’re looking for entertainment, the Shirlington shopping and dining area are within walking distance or accessible by car (with tons of public parking).
